Deliveries

Depending on your location in the world will determine when you receive your purchase. Generally speaking you will receive you delivery within 7 working days of your purchase.

Shipping

You will be able to track and trace your purchase, which you will have to sign for on receipt.If you would like express shipping than please email us with your order number.

Returns & Refunds 

We hope that you are happy with your order, however we understand that sometimes sizing or styles might not be quite right. So if you do need to return an item we are happy to offer an exchange or full refund.

It is important that you return your purchase in the following way:

• All items must be returned in original condition within 14 days
• Items purchased during the Sale must be returned within 7 days
• Receipt of purchase
• Swing tickets still attached
• In original state as purchased
• In the original packaging

You also have the right to cancel your order within 3 days of your initial purchase.
